Abstract

This article intends to discuss the disputes of water related issues and their solutions according to Islamic Shariah. The history of water disputes is old as the existing of mankind in this world. As the importance of water cannot be denied because human life relies heavily upon water after the inevitability of oxygen. So, the conflicts of water issues become very common now a days amongst all kinds of institutions i.e. laymen, communities, societies, provinces, and states. Men differs on almost every aspects of life. Difference of opinion is not a strange thing and considered usual and common in modern world but disputes on these issues regarded immoral and unethical. In this article, these disputes on water issues have been discussed in brief especially among the provinces of Pakistan. This article will make available resolutions of water issues and present the guidance on these issues for researchers.
