Allama Abdul Hamid Badayuni (1901-1970) was a renowned scholar, contriver, and elocutionist. He rendered valuable services to promote religious knowledge and wrote about diverse topics. He wrote several books about Quran, Hadith, sociology, and for awakening the Muslim Ummah. Allama Abdul Majid Badayuni had a multidimensional personality and was a great leader. Being overwhelmed with religious passion, he devoted all of his abilities to religion and nation. His services for the propagation of religious knowledge are viewed with respect even today and will be remembered forever in the Subcontinent. Allama Badayuni's thoughts should be utilized in solving contemporary political and economic problems. In leadership and rule, it is necessary to use firm thought, which can be obtained from the thought of Allama Badayuni.

When we come to compare ourselves to people who are highly skilled, intelligent, beautiful or more advanced in their fields, we may see ourselves as inadequate in comparison with them. This is something quite normal which motivate us to improve our skills and personality. However, when these feelings of inadequacy become overwhelming or start negatively affect our lives that may be indicate towards an inferiority complex. According to Psychologists an inferiority complex is characterized by constant feeling of inadequacy or insecurity in one’s daily life due to belief that he/she is physically or mentally inferior to others, whether this belief is based on a rational assessment or not. A sense of inferiority complex is often normal in childhood. However, sometimes, these childhood experiences are carried into adulthood in unhealthy ways. The primary inferiority complex symptoms, is low self-esteem, negative self-image, social distancing, feelings of frustration and loneliness are common.

In our society mental health is not given that much importance to consider it as illness and went to specialists for help.In this article we will discuss this issue in the guidance of Seerat of the Holy Prophet PBUH, so that we can overcome this complex in the light of Islamic Teachings.

Human Being is entitled with the best creature among all the creatures of Allah. There are three types of human being i.e. man, woman and transgender. Islam talks in all walk of life of man and provides all basic human rights to all. Transgender’s Identity and recognition in their family and society is the current issue in all public sphere of Muslims and Non-Muslims today. Attitude of society towards them is caused their incompatibility and dissatisfaction between their soul and body. The behavior of Islamic scholarship and law with regard to the issue of transgender is an important subject. As Pakistan is an Islamic state, a legislation is enacted the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act 2018 to address their issues and with the aim to provide rights to the transgender and for their welfare. This research deals with debate in Islamic jurisprudence and its level of compatibility or incompatibility with Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act 2018 and will discuss the approaches of Pakistan Islamic Ideological Council on the Act.

The Prophets and the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon them, are Allah's chosen and pure individuals. Allah Almighty, from among His creation, selected extremely pure and virtuous individuals as His deputies for the mission of prophethood and messenger ship. If, God forbid, these individuals were not worthy, then Allah, the Generous, would have chosen someone else from among His creation. However, their selection was made by the Lord of Majesty, so there can be no doubt regarding their purity and integrity.

Nevertheless, there are some among His creation who dare to engage in inappropriate conversations about the noble Prophets. On this matter, scholars, hadith experts, and jurists have given their opinions on how to deal with such blasphemous individuals. The opinions of the Hanafi jurists and the Maliki jurists are available on this issue.

Since these legal opinions are derived from the Quran and Sunnah and are followed by every Muslim living in any country or minority, each Muslim ultimately follows the legal opinions of some jurist. In the following article, the punishment for the Blasphemy of Prophet pbuh in the light of Juristic schools of thought has been reviewed.
